Sumatra Mandheling
Sumatra is an Indonesian island producing coffees unlike any other, offering very earthy and naturally dark flavors. The volcanic soil that the cherry trees are grown in gives this coffee a slight saltiness when first brewed. Despite its bold notes, this makes a fairly light-bodied cup.
