A returning favourite, this coffee comes from a collection of family-owned farms in North-West Peru. Coffee trees are intercropped with bananas, corn, beans, and shade trees. After being harvested and processed in on-site micro-mills, the parchment is handed off to Perhusa, an organization that assists farmers in selling their coffee and investing in local infrastructure. This brews a classic Peruvian medium-roast that is smooth with low acidity and sweetness. Great for drip, French press, and espresso.
