Farmed from within the canton of Dota, in the province of San Jose, Costa Rica, this Tarrazu is sourced from Cooperativa de Caficultores de Dota R.L. (CoopeDota), a cooperation founded in 1960 with a commitment to energy efficient and economically sustainable business operations. This bean is on the more medium, sweeter side but still offers a complex flavour palate for the drinker.
